Trekking is one of the popular tourism activities in Nepal. There are several routes to choose for trekking but some routes are very popular. Langtang, Everest and Annapurna is probably the most popular trekking routes in the world. Trekking in Nepal will take you through a country that has captured the imagination of mountaineers and explorers for more than 100 years.

Nepal is a trekker's paradise. Trekking in Nepal has been most well known and famous trek destination in the world. Nepal Himalaya trekking is one of the ways of experiencing the natural beauty and rich cultural heritage of Nepal. Each year thousands of trekkers visit Nepal to capture the spirit of adventure. Trekking in Nepal is not simply walking one day after another; it is rather a gradual way of experiencing of Nepal's diversity in terms of geography, people, religion and a wide range of culture.

While trekking to Nepal, you will meet people of isolated mountain villages whose existence has not changed in generations. Nepal is one of only a handful of countries that has never been ruled by a foreign power. Isolation is traditionally a crucial element of any wilderness experience but in Nepal it is impossible to get completely away from people, except for short times or at extremely high elevations. Thus Trekking in Nepal is a much a unique cultural experience as well as an ultimate Himalayan adventure.

Will I be able to deal with the high altitude?

Our itineraries are designed so that our clients ascend at a sensible and safe rate. The effects of altitude are felt by everyone, even the Sherpa's, but most people find that gentle acclimatization allows them to reach their high point without any problems.


We Insist that an appropriate insurance policy is taken out hich covers travel in isolated and mountainous areas, and which also includes helicopter rescue. We recommend that you consult a reputable travel agent or insurance specialist.

Health Issues

We recommends that all clients consult their doctor to discuss the health issues associated with their trek. We also recommend that clients bring their own personal first aid kit to supplement the comprehensive first aid kit carried by the Trek Leader.

Vaccinations Required

Please ensures that you allow at least 1 month completing a course of vaccinations. Whilst your personal doctor will be the final authority, we recommend the following:

1. Poliomyelitis
2. Tetanus
3. Typhoid
4. Rabies
5. Meningococcal
6. Immunoglobulin (for Hepatitis)
7. Malar

Nepal is listed as a country for which malaria prophylaxis is advised. We will not be visiting any malarial areas on the treks, however you may wish to consult your doctor about the need to take malaria pills.

Trekkers who plan to do rafting and jungle excursions are advised to take the necessary medication to protect against malaria.
