Everest Trekking

Everest Trekking is a great opportunity to have unique trekking experience in the Himalayas which is protected by the Sagarmatha National Park in eastern part of Nepal. The Park is created on July 19, 1976 & was inscribed as a Natural World Heritage Site in 1979 with an area of 1148 square kilometers. The park is largely composed of the rugged terrain and gorges of the high Himalayas. Altitude ranges from 2845m to the top of the world, Mt. Everest at 8848m, the highest mountain in the world, which is known in Nepal as "Sagarmatha" the goddess mother of the world, has long been the greatest attraction for nature lovers and Solukhumbu.

The heartland of the Everest Region is a vital part of the Himalayan mystique and provides the most popular destinations for adventurers. The geography of the Everest region is covers with the rugged rocky valleys, alpine forests and meadows, neat Sherpa Villages, Glaciers and icefalls. Everest Trekking is justly famous, not only for its proximity to the world's highest mountain but also for its Sherpa villages and the wild animals and monasteries. The primary goal of the Everest region trek is Everest base camp located at the height of 5346m, but it is quiet impossible to see Mt. Everest from the base camp, so most trekkers climb up to the Kalapattar, 5545m on the southern flank of Pumori. From here will have the closest views of Mt. Everest and innumerable spectacular Himalayan views.

Everest Region offers different spectacular and most famous trekking trails in the world including Everest Base Camp Trek, Gokyo Valley Trek, Cho la Pass Trek, Everest High Passes Trek, Everest View Trek, Jiri to Everest Base Camp Trek etc. During the trekking the trekkers are overwhelmed with views of unbelievable peaks, friendly Sherpa villages and Buddhist monasteries. Perhaps some may even have a glance of the Yeti! The local people believe that the Tengbouche Monastery actually has in its possession the real scalp of this Himalayan legend. As we proceed slowly to allow for maximum acclimation, we will have plenty of opportunity to visit monasteries and home of Sherpa and to reach above trekking trails you can arrange trip whether by drive to Jiri or by fly to Lukla.
